2. Products & Customisation

• All products are subject to availability.
• Product images are for illustration only; actual products may vary slightly in colour due to printing and screen calibration differences.
• For personalised/custom products, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the text, images, and design you submit.
• You confirm that you have the legal right to use any photos or images you upload (e.g., no copyright infringement).
• GiftKida reserves the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

3. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• In case of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD, where available).
• You agree not to use fraudulent payment instruments.
• Orders may be cancelled by us if payment fails, the product is unavailable, or we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. GiftKida is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of GiftKida or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftKida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
