Cancellation Policy

Custom and personalised orders enter production quickly. To cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
1. Cancellation Window

| Orders already dispatched | Cannot be cancelled — initiate a return instead |
2. How to Cancel an Order
- WhatsApp us immediately at +91 9284542909 or call us at +91 92845 42909.
- Alternatively, email support@giftkida.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on production status.
- If approved, we will cancel the order and process a refund.
3. Refund on Cancellation
- If the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- UPI and net banking refunds may arrive sooner (2–3 days).
- COD orders that have not been dispatched will be cancelled at no charge.
4. Cancellation by GiftKida
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product goes out of stock after your order is placed.
- Payment fails or appears fraudulent.
- The uploaded content is inappropriate or violates our policies.
- We are unable to deliver to your location.
In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued promptly.
5. Already Dispatched Orders
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you no longer need the product, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for next steps once the order is delivered.
