Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All custom and personalised products are produced fresh for your order. Please allow 1–2 working days for production before dispatch. Standard (non-custom) items are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

Working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding national public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

* Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or logistics disruptions outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.
• For orders below ₹999, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location (typically ₹49–₹99).
• A COD handling fee of ₹30–₹50 applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp.
• You can also track your order in your account under My Orders.
• Tracking updates are provided by the logistics partner and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Logistics Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and India Post (for remote areas). The carrier is selected automatically based on your pincode and order size.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
• If the delivered product is damaged, email or WhatsApp us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
• For lost shipments, please allow 2–3 additional working days beyond the estimated date before reporting. We will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.
