Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse our products, choose your size and customisation options, add to cart, and checkout. You can also WhatsApp us directly to place an order.
Can I personalise any product with my own photo?
Yes! Most of our frames and gifts can be personalised with your photo. Simply upload your image during checkout. For best results, use a high-resolution photo (at least 1MB).
What photo resolution should I upload?
We recommend at minimum 1200×900 pixels for small frames and 2400×1800 pixels or higher for larger frames (12"×18" and above). Low-resolution photos may appear blurry when printed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once production starts (usually within a few hours), customised orders cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and wallets. All payments are processed securely.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All online payments are processed through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and never store your card details.
Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Currently we only support online payment via Razorpay for all orders. This ensures faster processing and secure, hassle-free transactions.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4–7 working days after dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at checkout. Production time for custom products is typically 1–2 working days before dispatch.
Do you deliver pan-India?
Yes! We deliver to 27,000+ pincodes across India through trusted logistics partners.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can also track your order in your account under 'My Orders'.
What are your delivery charges?
Shipping charges vary by order weight and destination. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. The exact charge is shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What if I receive a damaged product?
Please WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo/video of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Can I return a customised product if I don't like it?
Since personalised products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a quality issue or error on our part, we will fully replace it.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. UPI refunds are usually faster (2–3 days).

What materials do you use for frames?
We offer frames in Solid Wood (Teak, Mango, Pine), MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) in various finishes, and acrylic. Each product page specifies the material used.
Can I order in bulk for corporate gifting or events?
Absolutely! We offer bulk order discounts for weddings, corporate gifting, events, and schools. Contact us at support@giftkida.com or WhatsApp for a custom quote.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.
